Seeking a part-time youth worker to disciple students grades 6-12 at Willowlake Baptist Church starting September 2025.

Currently, our youth group fluctuates between 3 and 10 youth, mostly grades 7-10. We meet biweekly, and are hoping to start a Sunday School class for teens following Sunday services in addition to midweek gatherings.

Our church is small (30-50 in the congregation on Sundays) but is growing, particularly with newcomers to Canada. Our heart is to be a multi-ethnic church whose love for Jesus is evident in everything we do.

The ideal candidate would be a committed Christ-follower, with a passion for discipleship and a creative mindset when it comes to youth ministry.

This is an ideal position for students, with flexible hours (6-10 hours/week). You must be available Sunday mornings and one evening bi-weekly, but prep/admin work can be done at the church or from your home.
