Oak Bluff Bible Church is seeking a part-time Youth Pastor to lead, disciple, and care for the youth of our church and community by helping young people grow in faith, discover Jesus as Lord and Saviour, and live as committed followers of Christ.
About Oak Bluff Bible Church
Oak Bluff Bible Church is a welcoming congregation just outside Winnipeg, Manitoba. As part of the Evangelical Mennonite Conference (EMC), we are committed to biblical teaching, discipleship, and community outreach. With about 100 people attending Sunday services, our church family includes all ages. Our desire is to know Christ and make Him known in Oak Bluff and beyond.
Key Responsibilities
● Lead and disciple approximately 20-30 youth through weekly youth group events and Bible studies while building meaningful connections, showing them they are valued and cared for.
● Mentor and support volunteer youth leaders, equipping them for eff ective ministry.
● Contribute to the broader life of the church by attending Sunday services and assisting in other ministries.
Requirements & Qualifi cations

● Experience working with youth and a demonstrated passion for helping them grow in faith.
● A mature, growing relationship with Jesus Christ, with an active prayer life and commitment to God’s Word.
● Theological training from a recognized Bible college or seminary.
● Willingness and ability to become credentialed with the Evangelical Mennonite Conference

Compensation
Compensation and vacation will follow the salary grid of the Evangelical Mennonite Conference. The salary grid and more information about our conference can be found here: https://www.emconference.ca/
