The Cube (Herbert Community Youth Ministry) is looking for a young man /woman that is
passionate about living his life for Jesus and has a desire to disciple and evangelize youth in our
community. Our organization is similar to a regular Youth Pastor position, but instead serves all the
churches of the community as the Youth Pastor as well as the youth not attending church. We are looking
for someone who fulfills the requirements set out in Scripture for Christian leadership in 1 Tim. 3:2-7 and
Titus 1. The main role of the Youth Director is to be the leader of the ministry that leads others to live out
the plans that God has for them. This involves planning youth Bible study nights, outreach events, leading
and equipping others who help with the ministry, and keeping the churches up to date with the good things
