The Niverville Christian Mennonite church, a congregation of about 70 members is looking for a lead
pastor. We are looking for a Christ-centered, prayerful leader who is passionate about preaching the Word,
shepherding our community, fostering spiritual growth. The ideal candidate will lead or facilitate worship services
and church activities, provide pastoral care, and collaborate in administrative tasks to support the church’s mission.
Strong communication and leadership skills are essential as we seek a pastor to help deepen our faith and
strengthen relationships. Communicating and understanding in the Low German language is an is an asset but not a requirement.
