Summer Camp Staff - Camp Hope

OUR MISSION
Because of the life-changing gospel of Jesus Christ, Hope Mission
exists to serve the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of those in search of help,
healing, and hope.
Camp Hope is an overnight Christian summer camp 20 minutes west of Calgary
along the Elbow River. We provide children and youth who don’t usually get the
opportunity to attend camp—often facing financial or other challenges—a safe, fun
environment to build confidence, friendships, and lasting memories. Our 5-day
camps for ages 6–17 include archery, challenge courses, biking, survival skills, wide
games, and more.

We are seeking team members who desire to share God’s love, make a difference,
and help create life-changing, faith-filled camp experiences for children and youth
who need them most! Apply today if this is you!

2-month (July-August) positions available:
Must be 18 years of age or older
• Camp Counsellor
• Kitchen Assistant
• Activity Lead

3-month (June-August) positions available:
Must be 21 years of age or older

• First Aid Attendant/Activity Lead

4-month (May-August) positions available:
Must be 21 years of age or older

• Program Lead
• Head Male/Female Counsellor
• Spiritual Life Coordinator
• Summer Secretary

Other Requirements:

• Being a Christian Organization, we require our employees to be in agreement
with and sign the Hope Mission Statement of Faith.
• Cover letter stating why you would like to work in a Christian organization.
• Must be legally entitled to work in Canada on a full-time basis.
• Able to provide Criminal Record Check and Vulnerable Sector Search and a
Child Intervention Record Check
• A letter of reference from a ministry or church is an asset
• Adherence to Hope Mission’s Policies and Procedures.
